Why We Started
We started because we see such a need in schools and school districts for extra personnel to assist staff and help monitor students across campus. We understand how difficult it can be to hire staff for these positions so we take care of the hiring.
Value
Because SMS employees are not an employee of the district, the district can save costs by hiring us to help monitor the school and students. Districts not only save money but save time by not having to train additional employees.
Our Mission
It's our mission to provide safe and affordable monitoring services for schools and their students. SMS employees are trained to appropriately handle situations without using physical measures. Our priority is to provide attentive employees to help reduce potential issues with students around campus.
